holy crap, why must i go through game phases so QUICKLY? 
one week i was high on Phoenix Wright, then the next it's Hotel Dusk... and NOW! it's Blinx the Time Sweeper! (and Ridge Racer 7!)
...anyways. *cough*
this is Gary, the Time Janitor.
he completely failed with the vacuum cleaners ("sweepers"), so he is stuck mopping the moving sidewalks in the Time Factory. 
fun fact: Gary's name was almost "Chet." lol.
