i was gonna put some stupid filter to make this look "cooler", but i ultimately decided to keep it looking like it was drawn in MSPaint.
(cough-thanksAlot*Yart-cough)
anyway, the story behind this one is i somehow ended up watching a whole bunch of "Sonic Sez" shorts from the old "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" cartoon. now, i always found these cartoons hilarious, even to this day, despite not being a Sonic fan. thanks to the power of YouTube, i saw the short about Graffiti here and inspiration struck.
Tails' shirt is Beat's from Jet Set/Grind Radio, by the way.
oh, and this is also the first time i've ever drawn Sonic OR Tails and i ended up satisfied with the result.
